How To Start

28 Day Fast Track

➡️ This is how everyone gets started

➡️ We will track your fitness levels in your first couple of sessions and then monitor your progress with the aim of improving both strength and cardio fitness in the 28 days

➡️ You will be eligible for 3 sessions per week - so 12 sessions in total.

➡️ Session times are 6am, 7am & 6pm and 7pm on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Questions

How long are the classes?

Each class is 40 minutes. For your first session please arrive 15 minutes early so that we can ensure that you have the correct taping and gloves.

Do I have to be fit already?

No you don't. Our classes are set up to be inclusive for everyone. The myzone heart tracker belts then allow us to coach each person based on their current experience/fitness levels.

Is it pay as you go?

No. Our introductory programme is a 28 day box fit challenge. We will monitor your fitness levels at the beginning and then track your improvements throughout the 28 days.

How many calories will I burn in each session?

This depends on effort levels but anything between 400-500 calories on average.

Do we do any other exercises?

Yes. The classes are a mix of boxing against the bags and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) using weights, ab exercises, steps and kettlebells to ensure that we improve your overall strength as well as your cardio.
