28 Day Fast Track

This is how everyone gets started

We will track your fitness levels in your first couple of sessions and then monitor your progress with the aim of improving both strength and cardio fitness in the 28 days

You will be eligible for 3 sessions per week - so 12 sessions in total.

Session times are 6am, 7am & 6pm and 7pm on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays.
